Annual Meeting — April 2019
The Montreux HOA Annual Meeting will be held on April 24, 2019 at Lewis Creek Park, 5808 Lakemont Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006, USA
The board will present reports to homeowners, accept homeowner input on any topic of interest, and will hold elections for board positions for the 2019 year.
Please plan to attend. Also, think about whether you could volunteer for a board position. The HOA depends on volunteers to maintain the community. By volunteering, you help the HOA having to turn management responsibility to a paid manager, saving you money on dues.
