Montreux Homeowners’ Association 2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear Montreux Homeowner,

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.  This meeting, normally held in April, has been moved earlier in the year to comply with State Law regarding budget ratification. 

The purpose of this meeting is to: provide a summary of 2020 accomplishments and 2021 plans, ratify the 2021 Budget, and accept nominations for 2021-2022 Board of Directors. 

This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.  Please register in advance by following the link provided in the physical mail piece received, or the email invitation you received; if you have not received either, feel free to contact the board via email hoa.montreux @ gmail.com.

After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the meeting.

• Introductions (including changes to the Board since the 2020 Annual General Meeting)
• Chair Reports
• Present the 2021 Budget for ratification
• 2021-2022 Board of Directors – Positions, Nominate Candidates, Voting Process
• Open Forum, Q&A
