Lake Captains
The Lake Captain is the person who lives on one of the lakes responsible for monitoring the lake. They adjust the fountain pump and light timers as necessary. They also work with the Ponds focal if the fountain pump or lights fail, or for any other maintenance issue or problem that affects their lake.
