HOA Board Meetings – 2026

Montreux HOA Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7
p.m.
The agenda for the monthly meetings consists of homeowners’ comments at the
beginning of the meeting and Board reports from various committees (landscape/NGPE,
waterfalls, CC&Rs, ACC, Social, Governmental Affairs, and treasurer’s report).

Starting in January 2026, the monthly meeting will take place at US Bank in Lakemont.
The address is 4851 Lakemont Blvd SE a1, Bellevue, WA.

The 2026 schedule is:
Board Meetings: Jan 14, Feb 11, Mar 11, May 13, June 10, July 8, Aug 12, Sept
9, Oct 14, Nov 11, and the budget ratification meeting on Dec 9
Annual General Meeting: Apr 8
